Our client based in Welwyn Garden City are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing team. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will be responsible for chasing overdue payments and answering customer queries. Duties will include: Controlling and monitoring credit limits to customers Requesting overdue monies from customers by phone and letter Dealing with customer queries Submitting over sue accounts to debt collection agencies in line with policies and procedures Sending out any legal letters on agreed dates Following up on any issues raised by management team Skills and experienced required: Previous Credit Control experience Microsoft Excel experience Ability to build relationships with customers Professional telephone manner High level of attention to detail Team player and highly organised Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
