Supported by a Finance Assistant and an outsourced Finance Director you will sit in the middle of the team owning the Management Accounts, budgeting and forecasting process as well as providing strategic support to the owners as they seek to grow the business internationall. Key duties include: Preparation of monthly management accounts Monthly balance sheet reconciliations Managing the Finance Assistant Variance analysis Maintaining relationships with external advisors - solicitors, auditors, HMRC Ad-hoc duties The ideal candidate will be: A part-qualified accountant Previous experience using Xero (desireable) Strong communicaton skills Self-starter able to work autonomously, hit deadlines and manage competing priorities If you are seeking that next step up in your career and you want to work in a vibrant, growing, entrepreneurial business then this is the opportunity for you.
