If you are looking for a company where you will be given recognition for your hard work , thorough training on new systems and tasked with a variety of duties within an Accounts Assistant position, then please review the below brief outline of the role. Duties of the role: Reviewing Purchase orders to ensure accuracy Producing reports on Purchase ledger Completion of Purchase ledger, and some Accounts payable functions Ensuring that purchase orders are checked off against the purchase ledger Sorting and preparing petty cash for bank payments Receiving and providing receipt for any payments received Producing invoices Maintaining records of all received invoices General accounts payable duties Paying Invoices through Cheque, Cash and BACS Regular bank trips for petty cash Administrative duties as per the requirements of the office Maintaining accurate records Banking Collecting and distributing mail Responding to queries This is a FULL time position working over a 40 hour week , offering an attractive salary.
