Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing technology business? My client is currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis due to an expansion in the Finance department. Responsibilities include - Process all purchase invoices and credit notes Arrange for direct invoices to be correctly authorised and coded Match invoices/credits against purchase orders/returns Requesting stock adjustments against credit notes Obtain VAT invoices against proformas as required Liaise with suppliers & internal staff to resolve queries The person Knowledge, skills and experience This opportunity would ideally suit somebody with previous Bookkeeping experience and the ability to priorities tasks with excellent communication skills. You will have a 'can do' attitude and be a real team player as personality fit is very important to this close knit team.
