Corporate Tax Manager/Partner Designate Our client is a well-established Nottingham based practice. They are seeking an experienced Corporate tax manager to assist in growing an established Corporate tax department. Key
responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of companies across a wide range of sectors and sizes - working in an advisory capacity with these clients. You will have high levels of expertise along with being the lead in corporate projects and advisory work. You will be heavily involved with transactional work - Advising clients on company restructuring and company sales. You will assist with company opportunities such as R&D and Capital Allowances claims. Any indirect taxes or VAT knowledge would be useful. Reviewing tax computations prepared by junior members of the team. Assist clients with specific advisory tax solutions. You will be part of the senior management team responsible for developing the corporate tax department and play a crucial role in the continued growth and development of the firm, including recruitment, obtaining new clients and developing new services and specialisms. This role would suit a Senior Corporate tax specialist looking to make a move into management with a progressive firm. Our client offers an excellent working environment. To apply for this role you will have extensive tax experience and preferably be CTA qualified.
