In this role you will support the Head of FP&A in the provision of financial management and planning, reporting and analysis supporting all DD business areas. In return as our Finance Business Partner we offer excellent benefits including; - Highly competitive base salary plus benefits linked to skills and experiences - Pension - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Family friendly policies - Career Development in a growing business Key Responsibilities of our Finance Business Partner: - Responsible for supporting the Head of FP&A in the commercial review of the monthly management accounts - Ensure that all variances to Revenue and Gross profit for their responsible area are fully understood - Responsible for maintaining and updating a number of key reporting tools used within the business - Responsible for producing and distributing incentive tracking reports for assigned area - Responsible for developing and producing monthly reporting for budget holders to enable increased visibility of costs, and subsequent management - Aid in the development of key performance indicators, balanced scorecards and any other information deemed to be essential in assisting business performance - Develop budget and forecast models, reducing duplication of effort whilst ensuring outputs are accurate, meaningful and timely - Develop and produce monthly sales reports and/or a sales dashboard to increase visibility of sales performance Our ideal Finance Business Partner should have the below skills and experience: - Excellent financial systems and Microsoft office skills particularly Excel, Word and Power Point, - Works in a structured methodical manner and deadline oriented - Flexible outlook and ability to cope with significant change - Continually seeks improvement and more effective methods of working - Works well in a pressured environment - Understanding of finance systems and standardised processes - Excellent presentation skills - Experience of presenting to Exec and Board level - Part - qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA accountant (Finalist) or QBE If you would like to learn more about our Finance Business Partner role then please click 'apply' today Due to volume of applications expected for this role, if you do not hear from us please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
