The Role We are currently seeking a Credit controller to join our team, reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager. The role of Credit Control is to collect debtor invoices efficiently whilst maintaining best customer service practice. You have sole responsibility for the collection of a portfolio of approximately 700 live accounts determined by an alpha split. Key Responsibilities Responsibility for the collection of a portfolio of approximately 700 live accounts determined by an alpha split Collecting outstanding invoices via Sidetrade workflows. 40 calls per day Log, investigating and resolve disputes within agreed SLA's. Issuing credit notes on AdDepot and ensuring they process through to Oracle. Negotiate Payment Plans for Hearst Live clients ensuring that deposits and balances are paid per contractual agreements Taking credit card payments using Online Barclaycard portal Investigating and arranging refunds of overpayments Communicate and agree with AR Manager and Sales Teams when accounts are placed 'on stop' and referred legal Credit check and open new customer accounts on AdDepot ensuring they process through to Oracle and Sidetrade. Maximising collections by achieving monthly cash target Minimising aged debt, bad debt and DSO The Person Used Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, AdPoint Collected from media agencies.
