Connect Catering are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for a contract catering Head Office in Wallingford. Reporting to the Accounts Director, the successful candidate must be a team player, be highly organised and flexible, with good numerical and computer skills. Strong Excel skills are essential and this role would suit someone studying or wanting to study towards a formal accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA). The salary is £24,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience . Responsibilities:

• processing trading reports and sales invoices
• d ealing with all aspects of the Procure Wizard purchasing system
• credit control
• c ash banking
• p rocessing expenses and company credit cards
• financial audits
• training managers in financial processes
• answering Procure Wizard queries from suppliers and managers
• dealing with client queries
• a ssisting all departments with queries and reports. Training is offered and study support is available. There may be some travel (within 2 hours) for training catering managers at sites.
