Accounts Payable | Hospitality |Central London Harmonic are proud to be recruiting for a growing hospitality business situated in a very accessible location of central London. The role: Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Accounts payable with good communication skills to join their finance team. This position will be reporting directly into the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Credit control duties Completing VAT returns Working closely with the external accountants and the managing director to assist with budgeting and forecasting Completing bank reconciliations Reconciling balance sheets Processing and sending sales and purchase invoices Requirements : 12 months experience in a finance assistant/accounts assistant role Accounting/ Finance Degree Confident and hard-working approach Attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent numeracy and literacy skills What we'd like to see: AAT qualified Sage experience Experience with high end brands
