Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Winners Recruitment are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to work in a busy and challenging role, supervising a clerk and working within a large finance team. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active Purchase Ledger professional with supervisory experience to develop their career further. The self-motivated and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Supervisor will bring a fresh and positive attitude to the department, impressing the FD with their ability to manage their busy workload and achieve deadlines. The Purchase Ledger Supervisor is responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger Team and all Purchase Ledger tasks including the following duties; ensuring invoices are appropriately matched to POs, reconciliation of supplier statements, setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details, GBP & foreign currency payments to external suppliers & group companies, GBP & foreign currency bank reconciliations, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary, company credit card administration, payment practices reporting, managing petty cash and monthly and quarterly reporting, including KPI analysis. Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage but not essential as training is given. The successful Purchase Ledger Supervisor will need to be AAT qualified or similar, with experience of working for a medium to large sized company and team leader or supervisory experience would be an advantage.
