Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk required to join the team of our client based in Ashford. Candidates will need to have previous experience of working in a similar environment, being able to prioritise your workload, working in a fast paced environment. Duties are:- Coding and checking invoices Petty Cash and Expense claims Reconciliation of bank statements Preparing a Weekly BACS run Setting up new supplier accounts, checking and reconciling these You will be required to build up strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments, being able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. Candidates will need to possess a good working knowledge of Cashbook entries, coding and statement reconciliations.
