Finance Manager

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus Bonus and Study Hours: Full time Benefits: 28 days paid holiday (inclusive of statutory holidays), Career progression, Pension Scheme, Discretionary annual bonus depending on individual and company performance

Based near Southampton, Hampshire Our client is an acquisitive private equity backed business in the technology sector and is currently looking to recruit a full time Finance Manager to join our vibrant and ambitious company. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this new role is required to help manage the integration of a pending acquisition, to ensure financial best practice is in place and timely reporting is delivered back to the group. The Ideal Candidate: ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant. Degree or Equivalent; 2:1 (or Higher). Contribute to production of company monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations. Timely reporting of monthly roll up, reporting back to the group. Posting of month end journals. Competent with Sage line 50. Experience of preparing subsidiary accounts for consolidation would be an advantage. Maintaining in-house sales and forecasting recording systems. Organised and ability to communicate across different departments and multi-site environments. Ad-hoc projects. Accurate, with excellent attention to detail. Strong excel spreadsheet skills. Excellent communication skills, working individually and within a busy and successful team. Hands on and self-motivated. Experience of preparing subsidiary accounts for statutory consolidation would be an advantage.
