Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable Clerk - Thame - Part Time - £12.74 p/hr Our Thame based client is looking to recruit a part time Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable Clerk to join their well-established team. The company are able to offer some flexibility on the days and hours worked; this can be a minimum of 12 hours per week or up to a maximum of 16 hours, as this is a job share the working hours can be worked on either Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays. The Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable Clerk duties will include: Maintaining accounting ledgers; Reconciling monthly statements and related transactions; Chasing overdue payments; Monthly payroll for 46 employees; Preparing P60s and P11Ds. The successful Bookkeeper/ Accounts Payable Clerk must have previous accounts and payroll experience, having knowledge of Sage 50 accounts, Xero and Sage payroll would be an advantage but not essential. You must also be highly organised with knowledge of Excel. The company offer an attractive hourly rate of £12.74 per hour, this makes the annual salary between £7,949.76 and £10,599.68 depending on the number of hours worked.
