Finance manager role paying up to £45k plus benefits, Farnham, Surrey

You will be working for a well established SME in the Farnham area. This organisation has multiple sites across the UK and is going through a sustained period of growth.
Your new role
Reporting into the head of finance, your role will take responsibility for overseeing the accounts department on a day to day basis. This will include overseeing a team of transactional accountants covering AP and AR, supporting, training and developing whilst delivering timely management account, board packs covering cashflow and balance sheet alongside payroll for the UK business. This is a broad role where you will get to know the business in its entirety.
What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your qualification or part-qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), you should have experience within an SME, preferably a product focussed business alongside a broad skillset in all areas of finance. Management experience is not essential but the desire and ambition to lead a team is! Experience of an accounting package like Sage, SAP, Oracle would be advantageous and intermediate / advanced Excel is essential.
