Financial Analyst EU-RUS-Moscow Job Description and Qualifications Job purpose To support the Russian Integrated Gases business (commercial and supply chain) in achieving their commitments by providing meaningful financial analysis, accurate reporting and planning, and general financial advice together with an input into decision making Dimensions The Russian Integrated Gases business is a rapidly growing business that currently comprises of six tonnage plants and one standalone liquefier and cylinder filling operation. Total revenues are currently $15MM Principal Accountabilities Contribute in achieving Operating Plan targets for the Russian Gases business Month-end close review, results reporting, major factor preparation and analysis of monthly results and forecasting Prepare together with the regional management team the quarterly report package for the Business Area Reviews Participate in preparation of the yearly Operating Plan Proactive business support including elements like Provide analysis on major operational / commercial projects customer profitability, price/margin analysis, new business profitability analysis Monitor capex and facilitate cost control of the supply chain and plant operations. Contribute in business meetings and communicate effectively with the Russian IG business at all its levels Ownership of the Cost to Serve standards for the integrated gases business Support various projects on an ad-hoc basis Keep a close link between the business unit and the Accounting and Shared Businesses Services organization for the region Knowledge and experience required Bachelors degree and/or financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA) Proven finance experience in operational analysis, covering the full P&L Prior business partnering experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good systems knowledge (SAP, Analysis/BW) coupled with excellent Office skills High degree of initiative, ability to learn and efficiently manage multiple tasks Ability to work effectively under pressure in a challenging fast paced environment Strong communication skills and the ability to interact and communicate with all levels within the organization including senior management and other functions Languages Russian and English Req No. 26513BR Type of Relocation Benefits Provided None Employment Status Full Time Employment Type Europe - Hay Organization Corporate Business Sector / Division Finance Region Europe Country Russia
