Tasks & responsibilities As Specialist Accounts Receivable, you are responsible for daily postings of incoming and outgoing payments on debtor, vendor, general ledger and bank accounts for all German BI legal entities. You support our internal and external business partners, such as wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals, vets and external auditors to provide a high service quality and a timely problem solving. Additionally, you manage and execute the judicial and non-judicial dunning procedure for domestic BI customers and ensure payment of BI receivables in time. You support during the month-end and year-end closing. Furthermore, you create and maintain customer and bank master data, including credit management data, evaluation and maintenance of credit limits. You will also be responsible for various special tasks as required.
