Description Your Impact We are looking for an experienced financial controller to undertake all aspects of financial management for the ISC Europe operations, including corporate accounting, finance operations, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. You will be part of a dynamic and growing organization managing the regional accounting team and enabling our growth strategy in Europe. Responsibilities Overseeing the monthly close and coordinating the consolidation process with ISC corporate accounting, including month-end accruals, reserves, intercompany transactions, account reconciliations as well as analysis of variances to budget. Managing ISC Europe accounting team. Managing regional treasury operation and bank accounts. Annual budgeting process Maintaining and monitoring controls and compliance Coordinating and supporting internal and external audit review for assigned legal entities Preparation of local statutory financial statements, income and VAT tax reporting and filing, and coordination of tax reporting with the Fortive Corporate Tax Department Drive efficiencies and process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policy & procedures, local and US GAAP requirements Contract reviews for customers & suppliers and facilities Support regional GMs and VPs with timely financial reporting Ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we expect the candidate to bring the following skills and experience CPA qualification and Bachelors degree in finance or accounting Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting within an international organization including managing accounting teams Proficient working knowledge of French GAAP and local statutory/tax regulations and ability to bridge French GAAP to US GAAP A hands on work style, comfortable with the detail, and able to move seamlessly between tactical and strategic issues as required. Proficiency with Oracle ERP system(s) and Microsoft Office with solid Excel skills Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle a demanding and fluctuating workload and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data. Demonstrated thoroughness and attention to detail with a steadiness under pressure. Solid communication and presentation skills Confident, enthusiastic and a team player Fluent in French and English.
