This role will oversee the transactional elements of finance and will expand as the candidate becomes familiar with the processes and completes their professional qualification. Key
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable - Manage the payment process to setup suppliers, import and code invoices, obtain approval, prepare payment runs and reconcile A/P ledger Bank Reconciliations - Daily bank reconciliation of customer loan and deposit activity, corporate funds and treasury investments Expenses, fixed assets and Intercompany payments Assist with month-end journals Assist with internal and external audit Key Skills & Qualifications: Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA or desire to study for a professional qualification At least 12 months experience in a finance function Ideally a strong academic background - 2.1 degree from a good University Superior attention to detail and accuracy in work Excellent time management and organisational skills Great team player, able to prioritise tasks and complete them with minimum supervision Integrity and honesty, foster a culture of trust and respect Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
