The Role: The role will vary day to day however it will consist mainly of the following duties: Managing the team (including Managers) Running a portfolio of some of the businesses most complex clients Providing technical advice and guidance to the team and clients Managing and delegating tasks to the team Managing the workflow and profitability for the team Ensuring costs are recovered where possible Requirements: The ideal candidate would possess most of the following qualities: Managed a team of Seniors and Juniors Experience in planning and advisory work CTA/ACA/ACCA Qualification Mixed Tax/Personal Tax Ability to communicate both internally and externally Due to the large numbers of responses we receive, despite our best efforts it is not possible to respond to every application.
