Processing end to end payroll for all monthly employees. Managing a large team including performance reviews, training and development. Look after the expenses function to ensure compliance. Seek to improve payroll processes in-house where possible and train your team accordingly. Communicate with other business members to update on query resolution and payroll timelines. What are we looking for? Ideally a CIPP qualified candidate. End to end payroll processing experience in a fast paced environment. Ability to manage and train staff whilst maintaining your own deadlines. Confident approaching senior management with changes to payroll processes as you identify them. Sound interesting?
