JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with a highly reputable and established Bradford business who are looking to recruit an accounts assistant on a permanent basis. This is an excellent role offering real diversity in a fast-paced and high-performing business. Ideally, you will be AAT qualified or perhaps a recent graduate looking for role within a local SME. You will be well-versed in accounting procedures, up to and including management accounts preparation. You will be skilled in and array of finance duties and have self-confidence, determination and strong ability to see the job through. Duties include: Prepare information in the annual production of statutory accounts Prepare monthly management accounts including prepayments, accruals and variance analysis Daily bank reconciliations Produce daily sales reports using Excel Credit control duties Processing sales invoices Invoice query resolution Purchase ledger duties Weekly and monthly RTI payroll on Sage 50 Statement analysis Liaising and working closely with internal teams Reporting on Excel using pivot tables and vlookups This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a long-term opportunity for a thriving business in Bradford.
