The Role Working on a growing and high quality Private Client portfolio you will enjoy working as part of a team and passing on your knowledge to junior members of the team and act as a mentor to aspiring tax advisors. The work is aimed at high value and sometimes complex matters so you must have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with clients. Assistant Managers often are overlooked to gain exposure to advisory work but the firm operates an inclusive methodology where you work closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners on ad-hoc cases. Moreover, this is a position where you will begin your ascent to Senior Management and prepare you for a fast growing career. The firm aims to develop our commercial awareness, communication skills and technical expertise, in preparation to take ownership of your own HNW portfolio in the short or medium term. The Person As an established Tax Senior or Assistant Manager you will have the desire to work as part of a highly collaborative team focused on client driven relationships. You should possess the relevant qualifications (CTA/ACA/ACCA/ATT) and have strong Private Client experience but for the right individual you could also come from a mixed tax background within a smaller firm.
