The following role is on a 12 month FTC basis... Ryder Reid is currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading US law firm with stunning City based offices. The firm is hoping to attract an Accounts Assistant with a minimum of 12 months experience to join the vibrant London office accounts team. This exciting opportunity, available due to the current Accounts Assistant being out on maternity leave, will require you to assist with a variety of accounts procedures such as payroll (including preparing monthly payroll and pension), completing daily checks of payroll bank account, analysing and reporting expenses, coding and inputting expenses, checking AP of other members of the team and other ad-hoc Accounts Assistant duties as required. As the successful Accounts Assistant, you will have a minimum of 12 months' experience within a law firm working as an Accounts Assistant, ideally possess knowledge of Elite (although this is not essential). Good written and verbal communication skills are imperative as is the ability to work well within a team, have the initiative to work independently and take on increasing responsibility. The team is very friendly and supportive and on the job training will be provided.
