We have a fantastic new opportunity working as a Senior Internal Audit Manager for a leading global property management company with an extensive portfolio across the EMEA region. Please note that this role is based in Kuwait - please ONLY apply if you are willing to relocate. Our client are looking for a fully qualified Accountant (i.e. ACCA / CIMA) who has strong knowledge of financial accounting and internal auditing and ideally have worked for a top accountancy firm in the UK. This vacancy is a full time, permanent role paying circa £50,000 to £80,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. Requirements : Join as Senior Manager of Internal Audit and manage all aspects of this groups internal audit function Work for group of companies with a varied portfolio of investments Report directly to the group Owner/CEO Manage newly appointment internal auditor based in the Middle East Liaise with external auditors Group investments include: Hotel & Leisure, real estate - industrial and commercial Projects across the UK, Europe, Far East and Middle East Essential: Relevant Professional qualification (CIMA/CA/ACCA/Internal Audit/MBA) Strong internal audit experience Currently or recently worked at senior level of internal audit for an international group Experience of working within Real Estate and/or Hotel and Leisure industry Big Four Training Our client ideally seek a candidate with real estate and projects experience to provide a holistic approach to the operations of the company.
