Finance Manager - Exciting New Role - Luxury Food Brand Cirencester GL7, UK | Up to £45,000 per annum Performance Bonus Benefits We are seeking a professional management accountant who will lead on all aspects of the company's financial and management accounting and support our senior management team. You will be part or fully qualified and looking for a dynamic company in which to further develop your skills. Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our financial accounts for UK and other international sites including responsibility for: Managing the company's small and growing Finance department Monthly Consolidated Management Accounts Production of year end Group Financial accounts (UK, USA and Hong Kong) Liaising with external tax consultants and auditors Customer and Product Margin Analysis Maintaining accuracy of BOM's and investigating variances Finished Goods and Raw Materials stock valuations Production of monthly management reporting pack Budgeting and forecasting Maintaining Fixed Asset Register Weekly payment processing Capital Investment Appraisals Cash Flow forecasting and intercompany funding Monthly Key balance sheet reconciliations Analysis and reporting on Direct Overheads Accruals and Prepayments UK and EU VAT returns Ad Hoc financial projects, reports and analysis Required Skills & Experience: Ideally you will be Part-qualified or Newly qualified in ACCA/CIMA Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Experience with Sage, ideally Sage 200 online and proficient with IT Effective analytical and interpersonal skills Some knowledge of manufacturing would be ideal Commercially aware and with strong business acumen Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines Remuneration package:
