We are recruiting for a Commodities trading business, multi-billion turnover, based in Central London who are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. Salary is £80,000 bonus of 20% 10% pension 25 days holiday healthcare. This individual will have two main stakeholders and have to challenge assumptions, deal with FP&A, commercial analysis, product analysis and manage two commercial business partners who are based in the Front Office. This role demands accuracy, responding quickly and strong project management ability. Key responsibilities will include: Contribution to the Financial Business plan, robust budgeting and forecasting, Group MI and business unit specific MI, investment appraisal support and analysis, project cost analysis, sensitivity analysis, cashflow analysis. Ability to work with a large scale planning tool that sits on top of the main general ledger platform There are two profiles we are considering for the role. Either someone who has worked in the Big 4 as a Manager/Senior Manager ACA/CA qualified within audit who is looking for their first step into something commercial. We will look at people who have audited all different clients as this business will train up the commodities knowledge. The most important thing is being able to deal with multiple priorities, projects and strong stakeholders/management. The second profile is someone who is qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA but has had some strong commercial business partnering experience, preferably in commodities or indeed investment banking/banking sectors.
