Job DescriptionI am working with a Lloyd's Market broker on their search for a new Head of Risk based in London. This is a newly created role with a global remit in a growing international brokerage.They are looking for an experienced Head of Risk in the Insurance market, ideally within the Lloyd's market to lead a small team and help grow the Risk function as the business expands.Key responsibilities will include:Ownership, maintenance & ongoing development of the Enterprise Risk FrameworkDevelop the Enterprise Risk Framework to support the businesses rapid growthSupport & mentor the development of any junior members of the teamContinued risk analysis and monitoring of Risk events and emerging risksTo provide advice, challenge & support in relation to embedding the appropriate risk culture across the businessmonitor & support the appropriate reporting, evaluating and resolution of risk issuesThe ideal applicant will have an entrepreneurial approach to Risk management and have the ability to support the businesses ambitious growth plans over the next three to five years.To find out more about this fantastic new opportunity, please get in contact as soon as possible.
