Our client, one of the fastest growing Global Retail companies are recruiting for an Analyst within their FP&A team. Based just outside of the city centre in East Manchester, you will be joining the company on a full time permanent basis. This is an integral position within their finance team which requires you to see the bigger picture, challenge the status quo and work comfortably within a fast pace environment. The business are passionate about what they do and have gone through huge growth in the last couple of years. You must be commercially minded, ambitious and forward-thinking to continue assisting them with their growth plans. Key Responsibilities include: Work with teams around the business to understand and make commercial decisions. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variances Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives Dynamic scenario modelling for new initiatives, including sensitivity analysis Share findings with, and make recommendations to, both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Prepare presentations for Senior Management Team and directors Producing weekly and monthly financial reports Be actively involved in the Budgeting & Forecasting process when required Lead on developing and producing analytical reporting packs for key events incorporating inputs from around the business Experience: CIMA/ACCA qualified is preferable Strong Excel skills Excellent Communication and reporting writing skills Commercially focussed and with a genuine interest in the workings of a business.
