The business is a general practice which undertakes all accountancy functions, with a particular specialisation in agricultural businesses. The Role An exciting opportunity to join the two directors in a three office, independent firm of Chartered Accountants in County Durham/North Yorkshire. The initial position is as Senior Manager, a new position between the Office Managers and Directors, but there is a clear progression available to joining the existing Directors. The Person The position is primarily based at the office in the North Yorkshire market town of Northallerton. It involves taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients to lead our provision of a full accountancy and taxation service, with some client responsibility at our Darlington office. You will have a key role in the business, utilising your knowledge and experience to join the directors in planning, management and strategic development of the practice as a whole A suitable applicant will be a Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years working in a client portfolio position post-qualification.
