Senior Finance Assistant Zotefoams are currently looking for a Senior Transactional Services Assistant. The purpose of the role is to support the wider Transactional Services Team to ensure services are delivered to a consistently high quality and standard, promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring vendors served by Head office are paid on a timely basis by preparing and setting up payment runs. - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all centrally managed bank accounts. - Accurate recording of transactional fixed assets and maintenance of fixed asset registers. Senior Finance Assistant Requirements: - Practical knowledge of double entry bookkeeping (AAT qualification preferred) - Previously worked on cash books, fixed assets and fixed asset registers - Strong computing skills are essential (particularly the use of Excel and ERP systems) About Zotefoams: Zotefoams plc designs and manufactures specialised foam products for a world of everyday applications. Salary:
