I am searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a 'can do' attitude to join a firm of Accountants in Central London The role will include assisting the Payroll Manager with monthly payroll matters which will involve auto-enrolment matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months' experience within a payroll position within Accountancy Practice, will have a good understanding of payroll and will be able to work with minimal supervision. The use of STAR payroll would be useful however not beneficial Duties Include: Processing monthly payroll, auto-enrolment and advising clients of amounts to pay Logging starters and leavers onto payroll software (STAR) Changing tax codes Dealing with SMP and SPP calculations Handing P60s and pay slips Dealing with queries regarding payroll, via both phone and email Checking payslips, starter details, sickness, leavers, COD's and maternity calculations Changing bank and personal details If you would like to be considered for this role then please apply with a copy of your CV, or contact Danielle O'Hara at AJ Chambers.
