Our client, a global success story and consistent innovator, with a reputation for recognising and retaining top talent, is looking to source a commercially astute Senior Finance Analyst to join this highly visible team. This is a unique opportunity to be a truly commercially focused business partner, responsible for delivering insightful analysis to answer key business questions that influence both the day to day and long term strategy across Marketing, Operations, Property, Buying and more. You'll also gain rare exposure to the Senior Leadership team, including the European CFO. Main duties include: Working with Senior Management to support the development of strategies for growth Partnering across the whole organisation to support financially and analytically Supporting the business to conduct trials, consult non finance on best practice and analysing results Working with business partners to build financial business cases to support large scale investments Developing a strong understanding of competitive pressures Working with Manager to provide analytical support on ad hoc projects that drive strategic business decisions Making recommendations on how to optimise business opportunities and minimise risk Key skills & experience required: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified High level of analysis and initiative, a competent problem solver and critical thinker Any retail/fmcg/consumer facing industry knowledge would be highly advantageous Candidates from a consulting background would also be highly suited Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge when necessary Comfortable working with large data sets and analytical tools AGY - Vitae Financial Recruitment We Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
