Alexander Lloyd are proud to be working with recognisable Accounting body, based in the City of London in their search for a Qualified Accountant. We're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their busy and fast paced Finance team on a permanent, full time basis. This is a broad position, with the main duties including, but not limited to;
• Management of various functions, including Payroll, Cash Management, Credit Control and Purchase Ledger
• Produce monthly balance sheet and balance sheet reconciliation
• Prepare quarterly 12 month rolling forecast
• Produce financial statements
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT return
• Lead a team of 4-7
• Recommend and implement changes to current and new systems as required
• Various other ad hoc duties Ideal candidates will;
• Be a qualified accountant with a recognisable degree
• Experienced as a line management
• Strong experience with preparing financial accounts, including consolidated accounts
• Experience with system development and implementation
• Experience in both commercial and charity accounting environments
• Up to date knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
