The CCBSI International CFO will report directly to the CCBSI CFO and serveas a key partner to the Head of the CCBSI International business. This role we be responsible for maintaining astrong financial discipline by partnering with business leaders and providingsound financial analysis, reporting and accounting with adherence to any localrequirements. This position will also beresponsible for defining and implementing the target operating model for thesupporting Business Management function, taking into account any local andregional requirements. The CCBSI International CFO will have wide range ofresponsibilities and associated leadership across foundational businessdevelopment, financial reporting and business management functions. This key leadership position will enable CCBSIInternational to have a consistent, cohesive, and efficient finance andbusiness management function while maintaining strong alignment and integrationwith the domestic business and other functional and cross line of business partners.KeyActivitiesBuild out an appropriatelyskilled team across the finance and business management functions to supportthe expansion in Europe, APAC, Canada and LatAmPartner with the CCBSIInternational business to develop and drive appropriate KPIs, investment returnframework and processes for tracking new business growth Execute on core financeactivities including budgeting, forecasting and earnings preparation. Provide clear analysis to interpret financialperformance to inform business drivers. Ensure full transparency and discipline on expenses.Assess and implement any regionalor legal entity specific requirements (such as post Brexit/legal entityimplications)Build out a sales supportframework across banking and treasury services including, but not limited to, prospectidentification, global client coverage model, performance tracking and pipelinedisciplineProvide strong leadership andpartnership skills across the F&BM organization and with the business.
