Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a global distribution business based in Leeds. They are top players in their field, looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to hit the ground running and make a commercial impact from day 1. Role The Commercial Finance Manager will take actions & provide advice on how the business can improve performance. The responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Manager include: - Working alongside a highly commercial and global finance team - Partnering with the business leads in order to optimise KPIs & develop new, innovative commercial models. - Provide accurate financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting to the wider finance function. - Be a key leader in the analysis of performance and profitability, working with Commercial Finance peers in order to make changes. - Support the development of reporting by compiling a standardised system. - Ad Hoc projects as and when required. Profile The ideal Commercial Finance Manager will be: - ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. - Excellent communication & people skills - Ability to successfully develop & manage staff. - Ability to make strategic decisions & recommendations. Salary & Benefits - £55,000£65,000 DOE. - Excellent Benefits Package. - Easily accessible location. The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
