A great opportunity is available for an industry experienced candidate who has first class client care and communication skills to join their office in the Mold area. Daily duties will consist of; Provide PA and Administration support to the Advisors To be responsible for the timely, compliant, accurate delivery of multiple administration and business processing Effectively manage diary, and arranging appointments for the Advisers Email activity on behalf of the Advisers Ensuring all client appointment letters are issued and complete with all relevant details. Effectively managing Client Annual Review information and providing the required information to the Client Servicing Manager in line with agreed timescales. Promptly answer all in-coming calls, emails and client queries Consistently check emails and organise in line with urgency and priority, responding to all clients within 24 hours. Proactively take ownership for chasing and obtaining provider information promptly. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as an Administrator within the Financial Services sector - Provider, Mortgages, Pensions and / of IFA. You will have excellent Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Skills.
