We have a network of offices strategically situated throughout the UK which is growing yearly. We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller for our head office in Ashford. Main Duties of the Credit Controller Assisting the Credit Control team to clear a backlog of unpaid invoices Contacting branches chasing timesheets Liaising with clients Ad hoc client reports using Excel Inputting bookings and hours onto various client portals Reconciling client portal information to internal systems Cash allocation Matching of timesheets and invoices prior to posting/email to clients Setting up new clients on our internal systems Sending out monthly statements Dealing with queries What we are looking for in the successful candidate Previous experience in a similar role Confident making calls and dealing with stakeholders Attention to detail Able to communicate well with Branch and Client staff Team player Benefits of working for Nurseplus as a Credit Control Administrator Salary of £23k 28 days holiday including public holidays, increasing to 33 after 2 years service Contributory pension scheme Not sure if this is the role for you?
