My client is currently looking for a Accounts Payable to join a busy team in Stockton. This role is a permanent job for day one with excellent opportunities and benefits for the right person Duties: To work with a high volume of internal and external customers over the phone and email Prepare reports and information to show the progress of each customer Answer queries from vendors Support projects, testing and improvements Prepares analysis of accounts Resolves basic invoice discrepancies Assist in month-end Investigate and clear all aged debt Works cross-functionally and/or with multiple business units and to identify potential problems Experience of working in a client-focused role using telephone and email Ability to prioritise work effectively This role is a permanent basis £21,500 - £23,000 The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills & excel, knowledge of Oracle will also be an advantage Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted CP1 Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
