The practice can offer intellectually stimulating work, the chance to join a close-knit and collegiate team and play a major role in developing the firm's Banking and Finance team. You will lead the department and will be at the forefront of this industry leading team, you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards. The practice advise investors, borrowers and lenders on a variety of financing matters including; leveraged finance, property finance and acquisition finance.
