Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Credit Manager to join a nationally recognised professional services business with a finance function based on the outskirts of Edinburgh. The Role Reporting into the Finance Director who is also based in Edinburgh, the Credit Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 40 Credit staff through 4 Credit Control Team Leaders, with full autonomy to manage the function as required. Key duties and responsibilities will include: Drive the day to day performance of the operational teams Take a strategic lead on credit control processes and procedures Work with the Senior Finance team to report on cash management Implement a robust credit risk process Produce and present monthly and quarterly report to the Senior Management Team The Candidate In order to be considered for this role, we require a Credit Manager with the following: Previous experience of managing large Credit teams including Credit Control Team Leaders A strong understanding of credit risk processes Excellent communication skills Robust Analytical skills ICM Qualified is desired but not essential Lives within a commutable distance of Edinburgh Salary & Benefits £70,000 £80,000 dependant on level of experience Car or Car Allowance Annual Bonus Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
