Due to growth Pertemps are working in partnership with a well known company based in Nottingham who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team. Full time Salary up to £28k depending on experience Based in Nottingham city The role will be to assist the group accountant with:
• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
• Transaction entries - PL, SL, banks, journals etc. into SAGE 50 Accounts.
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
• Maintaining fixed asset registers and calculation of depreciation
• Assist the Finance Director and Group Accountant with ad hoc analysis
• Assist with year- end audits
• Assist with annual Budget preparation
• Occasional credit control duties You must be a proficient user with SAGE 50 Accounts and Excel Minimum 3 years in a similar accounting role it would also be an advantage if you have experience of working with foreign subsidiaries / currencies but this is not essential Qualifications AAT qualified, CIMA / ACCA part qualified or QBE Does this sound like you?
