I am looking for a Finance Assistant for a temporary role based in Fife with an immediate start. You will be working as part of a busy finance team on a temporary basis running til Christmas to support both the Treasury and Accounts Payable funtions on an even split. All aspects of Treasury work needs to be undertaken: Download and upload of the bank statements from bank to our ledger Update all cashbooks regularly to time constraints Post cash paid into and out of bank accounts to required accounts Bank reconciliation Raising payments Support wider finance team Post high volume of invoices to general ledger Resolve customer and internal queries Confident working in a fast paced business and finance team Team player Excellent knowldege of excel Previous Treasury and AP experience SAP Experience Is this job for you?
