Working for one of the world's largest and most successful creators, producers and distributors of outstanding entertainment brands. This is a rare opportunity to join their team and they are looking for an individual with previous accounts payable experience to take over part of the ledger. The Accounts Payable team are part of the central finance function and are integral to the smooth running finance team as a whole. Reporting to the team manager you will be responsible for managing the payments and expenses for your allocated divisions. You must be a self-motivated and resilient, be adaptable and able to think outside the box. Key Responsibilities
• Capturing of all incoming invoices onto SAP (Approx. 2000 a month)
• Chasing the business unit or supplier if the PO number is not quoted
• Capturing manual payments onto SAP
• Identification and resolution of invoicing errors
• Generate Artist / chaps payment proposals and obtain authorisation of the run
• Upload of payment files to banking systems
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Validating new vendors raised by the business units
• Amend existing vendor details to ensure they are up to date
• Liaise with external suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
• Process and validation of all invoices by month end cut-off date
• Aged creditor reconciliation Ad-Hoc Duties
• Journals
• Processing expense claims
• Chasing the business for invoices that have not been approved
• Maintaining Accounts Payable Mailbox
• Cover the AP Administrator role

• 6-12 months previous Accounts Payable experience in a fast paced, high volume environment is essential
• Experience gained within a media or similar organisation
• Strong communication skills - both written and oral
• Professional attitude and ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Strong customer focused skillset
• Good knowledge of SAP is desirable
• Highly numerate and accurate with excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel
