Change Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-known international organisation in their search for a Credit Controller to work on an ongoing contract based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy working in a fast paced environment. We are keen to speak to candidates who have a strong background in credit control working to strict deadlines and who can perform the following duties:
• Maintain an effective and professional credit control system for Failed Payments, Miscellaneous Cash, Returned Cheques and Recoveries, collecting claims recovery payments through efficient and effective methods in line with regional legislation and business terms and conditions.
• Work with urgency in all tasks, contributing towards a positive customer experience Build and strengthen relations with internal and external customers to ensure all resources are utilised to accelerate the Credit Control process.
• Record and maintain accurate and detailed records on all investigative actions per individual case.
• Work and develop an understanding of the operational processes and how these impact upon the business units and reconciliations.
• Highlight ideas for continuous process improvement through recommendations where trends or opportunities observed.
• Adhoc duties as required. In return my client is offering a competitive hourly rate with the opportunity of a permanent position for the right candidate.
