Looking to recruit an Accounts Payable clerk to join a logistics company based in West London. Part of the science industry, this will be a unique opportunity for you to join an innovative business. Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be have the opportunity to work autonomously and have responsibility managing the overall AP function as well as the PO system. Ideally looking for a candidate who has a high level of accuracy and is able to transact a high level of invoices. Your duties will include: - Processing invoices on a daily basis on Sage 50 and checking that they are raised with PO's. -Updating purchase ledger with invoices, paid status and making supplier payments - Dealing with supplier queries and statement reconciliation - Monitoring outstanding receivables and outstanding payments - Preparing cash flow forecasts -Preparing VAT returns The ideal candidate will have: - Sage 50 experience - Experience in a similar role Badenoch Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
