Bookkeeper / Accountant (3 days a week) | Luxury Furniture Company | Central London Harmonic are delighted to be working with a luxury furniture company, based in Central London, in their search for a Bookkeeper to join the business on a 12-month contract on a part time basis (3 days a week). The business is scaling rapidly but have maintained their non-corporate, creative and fun environment. Working in a tight-knit team of 12 from their Shoreditch showroom, you will be the sole Finance employee, working closely with the MD and founder to improve efficiency across the function. The business turnover is circa £3 million and has impressive growth plans to continue to scale. In this role, you will have full responsibility for the finance function and will be able to gain insight into a new and growing industry. The business is also keen to offer a level flexibility so this role could suit an individual with other commitments outside of work. Responsibilities Producing monthly management accounts (P&L, fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, gross profit) Completing VAT returns Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations Full responsibility for the AP, AR and credit control function Processing and sending invoices Managing stock levels alongside the Managing Director Requirements : At least 3 years bookkeeping experience Excellent communication skills Confident and hardworking nature ACCA, ACA or CIMA partqualified A genuine interest in design Salary : £30,000- £35,000 for 3 days a week Start : December (Interviews ASAP) Please get in touch with Charlotte on for further information Please feel free to share this with any friends or colleagues who may be interested.
