Signature are delighted to be recruiting for a leading retail distributor in South Bristol who require an Accounts Manager to join their Finance team on a 3 month fixed term contract. Working within a busy dynamic team, you will have a track record of developing strong working relationships both internally and externally. Your main responsibilities are: Manage administration, accounting and invoicing of all regional accounts Administration of regional accounts, including producing monthly statements Maintaining Regional accounts Database Preparing schedule of monthly accruals for posting to Accounts Monthly reconciliation of regional accounts accruals to nominal ledger Dealing with sales team queries on regional Accounts Meeting with sales team members at all levels to ensure Account areas are fully understood, and drive efficiency Provide ad hoc analysis on Regional P&L variances, or efficiency levels You will need: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fantastic relationship building skills Good Excel skills Minimum of 2 years accounting experience Studying or achieved ACCA/CIMA This position will pay £35,000, is full time, working Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm with a 45 minute lunch break. The office is located in South Bristol with free parking on site.
