Motivate, lead and develop the EMEA payroll team. Manage and develop 3rd party/supplier relationships. Collaborate with the heads of Finance & HR teams to ensure cross-department functionality. Lead on any change management programmes that may impact the EMEA payroll function. Internal subject matter expert for payroll administration and improvement. EMEA Payroll Director - Key requirements: Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines. 5-10 years' experience working in a busy payroll function. Ideally CIPP qualified with strong EMEA payroll experience. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
