Join us if you want to find yourself at the heart of a dynamic, growing organisation where our employees are empowered to grow their expertise and build their careers. Senior Credit Analysts in Aldermore's Risk department play a key role in ensuring we balance our growth with robust risk management and controls, supported by effective governance, policies and procedures. In particular when reviewing changes to our risk appetite, you will be responsible for providing the insight and analysis to model the impacts of changes, either policy or appetite. Working across the bank you will gain exposure to a variety of different areas of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing business offering a collaborative working environment and a genuine opportunity to progress. The Person You will be a proactive individual with experience in design, development, monitoring and validation of credit risk models within a financial services organisation. The right candidate will be experienced in using SAS programming and an advanced Excel user.
