Direct Collection Bailiffs is a very successful client focussed business and is one of the market leaders within their field with the business showcased on Prime time television on Netflix and Channel 5, most recently with Series Five of 'Can't Pay We'll Take it Away'. We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage the day to day collections of Age Debtor Ledgers for our growing group of companies. Whilst working within an established Finance Team this is a new stand-alone role which we are looking for the successful candidate to Maintain, Manage and Develop. Duties to include: Contacting clients via Phone and Email and letter to instigate payment Query Management with prompt resolution of issues that are preventing payment Liaising with other departments Report and escalate any queries/issues that cannot be resolved promptly Management/maintenance of system including keeping client information up to date Processing monthly client statements Providing an accurate debtor report for Month End reporting to management Other Ad hoc finance duties as required Ideal Candidate: Be able to demonstrate experience in proactive collections Confident communicator High level of organisation Accurate reporting skills Ability to work within a team as well as alone Sage and Excel experience To apply for this position please click the apply link.
